The 3rd Kiel Food Science Symposium will take place on May 20th-21st 2014 at the Max Rubner-Institut in Kiel. The aim of this international symposium is:
· to offer a scientific platform for representatives from academia, industry, food authorities and policy,
· to stimulate the presentation of up-to-date research activities,
· to obtain information on new developments and
· to exchange views with colleagues from many countries on scientific progress and applications.
Day one will address various aspects of scientific research on health and quality aspects of food and day two will focus on food safety and authentication.
